This project is a 2 story, 4 phase renovation of the existing 1st and 2nd floor of the Miller Nichols Library on the main campus. A total of 68,826 square feet of floor space was renovated consisting of demolition of finishes from floor to ceiling and then reworking the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems; erecting new partition walls and finishing out with new casework, ceilings, wall coverings, and floor coverings. This project also added a full service café.
The project was completed over an 8 month time period and the library remained open and accessible throughout construction.
