This project is a 4,500 square foot new “prototype” for Applebee’s.
The restaurant interior includes a significant quantity of Interior Custom Millwork and Trim. Close coordination with the Owner’s Vendors was imperative to complete the Kitchen; Wet Bar, Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment, Internal Television, etc.
This turn-key parking lot and building project was completed in three months from start to finish.
