Excel Constructors was selected by the City of Roeland Park, Kansas to provide Design-Build services necessary to renovate the three story 15,000 square foot building.
The building houses City Offices and Council Chambers, Police Department and Municipal Court.
This was a multi-phased project constructed while all departments remained occupied and functioning within the building. Work included interior layout changes and finishes; new exterior windows and building entrances; a new elevator; and new HVAC, fire sprinkler, security, and access control systems.
