Phase I of this project is a 13,200 square foot classroom addition built by Excel Constructors. The second addition is a 19,800 square foot two-story building that consists of a new main entrance, school offices and multi-purpose areas. Phase II of this project was performed under a negotiated guaranteed maximum price contract.
This entire project was built during existing church and school functions with minimal disruption.
