This project included a tenant improvement of approximately 3,500 square feet of interior remodel. The scope included specifically minor demolition, casework, doors & frames, aluminum door & frame, drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting and misc specialties. Work was completed in a single frame with normal operating business hours.
