Norterre Healthy Living Community

Norterre is a 17-acre, multigenerational health, wellness and residential neighborhood located  in Liberty, MO. This community serves residents at all stages of life. Families with young children, adults and seniors are all neighbors and interact daily creating a dynamic and interactive neighborhood. Excel Constructors assisted in three different buildings for this community:

Healthy Living Center: This 64,00 square foot center provides the residents with three varieties of pools, a bistro, yoga rooms, spin classes and aerobics classes.

Short Term Stay (Skilled Nursing): This is a 52,000 square foot, four story building constructed of a metal stud wall panel system. The project was completed in twelve months and contains 60 resident rooms, a salon, and physical therapy rooms.

Assisted Living: This is a 60 unit, 52,000 square foot, three story building primarily constructed from prefabricated modular units built and shipped from South Dakota.

This is one of the largest projects Excel has constructed and is certainly among its most visually appealing.  Excel is a proud member of the project team that brought this innovative living concept to the Liberty area.
