This project is a 50,000 square foot medical office building with 25,000 square feet for the 1st floor finished out. The Liberty MOB required extensive site work as it included the addition of a new public street; a sewer main extension and a water main extension. This is a two story building with the ground floor mostly below grade with foundation walls around 3/4 of the building, structural steel, bar joists and decking. The exterior of the building is light gauge metal studs with a combination of brick veneer, EIFS and storefront. The roof is light weight insulated concrete with a TPO membrane. The interior finishes consist of ceramic tile, carpet, sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl flooring, painting, vinyl wall coverings and acoustical ceilings. The building incorporates multiple exam rooms, doctor’s offices, lab work stations and X-ray rooms.
