KC Children’s Surgery Center located in Kansas City, KS specializes in sedation dentistry for patients requiring pediatric specialists, oral surgery and special needs treatments. This 6,000 square foot project included remodel and new construction services. Two operating rooms with preop and postop bays were among the space enhancements. Upgrades included a new emergency generator, and the mechanical and electrical infrastructures were designed and installed to support the medical procedures being performed in the building. With children in mind, bright colors dominated the finishes and waiting room amenities. The entire project was completed in five months.
