This project is a conversion of the Holiday Inn Express hotel located at I-35 and 151st Street in Olathe, KS into a new 135 room Assisted Living Facility. There will be 75 assisted living units and 60 memory care units. This remodel includes resident rooms, public space, full service commercial kitchen and dining, resident amenities and therapeutic space. Exterior will be up-graded with new Porte-Cochere entry way and drop off, new roof, exterior windows and landscaping.
