This project is an expansion and renovation of the existing Senior Living facility. Construction consists of 8 new Assisted Living apartments, 12 new Memory Care apartments, 18 private skilled nursing rooms, chapel, renovated dining facilities, a new therapy/rehabilitation space and supporting common spaces.
