This two story project consisted of shell building 13, the fifth Tuileries building Excel constructed, and features a combination of natural stone, cast stone and stucco veneers. The building also incorporates operable second floor balcony storefront doors. Included in this package was a masonry glass veneer “tower” that stands 65 feet tall and incorporates a unique lighting feature that can be programmed to display different colors per holiday, season, or event.
This project consisted of shell buildings:
- 5a (1,800 square feet),
- 7 (7,343 square feet),
- 8 (21,156 square feet)
- 10 (9,432 square feet),
- 11 (7,095 square feet)
- and a Playground.
All of the buildings consist of stone masonry, copper accessories, and unique inlaid exterior tile.
