The first phase of this project was the construction of a 70,000 square foot tilt-up facility that was doubled the church in size. The new construction included a 1,200 seat theater style sanctuary, a gallery space for events, and three different youth worship and activity areas. It also included education rooms for all age groups, outdoor gathering area, recreational space with basketball and volleyball courts, and a water feature at the church entrance. A new 2,000 linear foot street, had to be constructed to access the church site.
