This construction project for St. Luke’s Hospital Health consists of a new medical and dental center facility. The building includes 15 full medical exam rooms and 6 dental procedure rooms. There is 19,000 square feet of underground and above ground parking which created unique structural coordination challenges as the new building was erected over an existing foundation. The building took new ownership in November of 2013 and is now owned by the Samuel Rodgers Health Center (SURHC).
