This Army Reserve Center was a Design-Bid-Build project consisting of 8.9 acres of site work, concrete and asphalt pavement, modifications of existing table water monitoring wells, off site telecommunication lines, fencing, and storm water detention basins. The project has three separate buildings; a 28,500 square foot Training Center, an 8,200 square foot Outside Maintenance Facility, and a 1,000 square foot Unheated Storage building. This project conformed to the USGBA LEED Silver Requirements.
