Excel Constructors partnered with SFS Architecture on this state of the art career center for the Raytown School District. This project is a one-story 68,875 square foot technical education building.
The building includes five sections each with classroom and shop areas. Each section provides state-of-the-art facilities for Automotive Technology; Welding and Metal Fabrication; Construction Trades, Cosmetology; and HVAC and Refrigeration programs.
Our team worked closely with the Raytown School District and the City of Raytown to provide value engineering and reduce costs by one million dollars.
