Excel Constructors is a proud member of the project team for the Veterans Park Senior Apartments, a $33 million, 28-acre senior living community located in Shawnee, Kansas. This development includes an independent living apartment complex for active adults 55 years and older and a separate villa community for those needing assisted services. The 228 units will be paired with amenities including a saltwater pool, walking paths and a putting green. The clubhouse will operate as a community center with social events, a physical therapy room, an in-home health care provider’s office and continuing education and fitness classes. We look forward to working with Bonavia at Veterans Park and J Price Architecture in delivering this high profile community to the Shawnee area. The project is estimated to be completed in early 2022.
