Eric joined Excel in 2018 as our Estimating Coordinator. Eric supports our preconstruction, estimating and business development efforts by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity take-offs for bidding and budgeting construction projects. Following his college studies at Johnson County Community College and George Washington University, Eric enlisted with the United States Army where he served for five years. From his education, military training and previous construction experience, Eric acquired the skills necessary to produce detailed estimated critical to accurate construction pricing.
