The Army Reserve Center in Tonganoxie, Kansas continues to make progress. As you may remember, Excel Constructors, along with Safe and Sound Security, broke ground on this project back in November. This Army Reserve Center will include a training and storage facility, as well a road expansion to Highway 24.
