Excel is proud to announce that we have been awarded our third Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center project. This new two-story, 25,000 square foot medical office building will be built on a 2.5 acre site located on 135th & I-69 Highway in Overland Park, KS. The building will include leasable space on the 1st floor and reception area, nurse stations, staff offices, lounge, exam rooms, and procedure rooms on the 2nd floor.
Excel has worked with the Owner, Goldstein Family Limited Partnership LLC, and ACI Boland Architects in the past on the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center’s in Leawood, KS and Lee’s Summit, MO and are excited to work with this team again for this project.
The new Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center is scheduled to open in September 2015.
