On Thursday, May 2nd, Excel Constructors’ entire office attended the Groundbreaking for Donnelly College’s new academic building. This $30 million dollar project will be completed in the fall of 2020. The new three-story, 72,00 sq. ft. academic building will include state-of-the-art learning environments, updated technology, centralized student support services, academic resource center and a 60-seat chapel. A new two-story parking structure will replace parking for students. Once the new facility is fully operational, we will remove the current main academic building and create a campus quad. We are so excited to be part of this project that will be used to educate students for decades to come!
